Answer

This depends on the employee's specific challenge, as defined by them, their direct manager & the HRBP.
If the challenge is related to communication, they will get a communication coach; if it is related to remote management, they will get a remote management mentor, and if the challenge is related to a role-specific issue (like implementing agile methodology in R&D), they will get a mentor who has been there before.

Do you share any information disclosed in the coaching sessions?

Of course not. One of the most important elements in coaching is confidentiality. Everything said in the coaching session remains there, unless the coachee formally requested otherwise.
